The 3 large bedrooms are air-conditioned and two of them have, in addition, ceiling fans.

All the beds are equipped with hotel range mattresses, for very comfortable nights.

For your relaxation, you will have 2 living rooms: an indoor living room equipped with cozy sofas, flat screen television and a second very comfortable outdoor living room under a large veranda opening onto the garden.

The house is covered by fiber optic broadband Wifi.

The tropical veranda is cooled by ceiling fans. It houses a large dining table, as well as a perfectly equipped original kitchen, opening onto the garden.

You can have your BBQ in a pleasant garden of around one hundred square meters.

The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

At 80 meters at the end of the street, you can enjoy the most beautiful beach of the Hermitage. The lagoon is supervised and also accessible to people with reduced mobility ("handiplage" label).

The 2 seasonal rentals " Le Frangipanier" and " L'Arbre à Pain" can be twinned because they are adjoining, while being independent by their back-to-back positioning. There is no opposite and only the parking area is common.The two houses can communicate through a completely soundproof interior door, allowing their capacity to be increased to 14-15 people by reserving the two rentals.
